Registration
Participants are requested to “CREATE ACCOUNT” to register for the conference. "LOGIN" to your account is needed for abstract submission.

• If you apply for a student registration, please upload student ID card in registration system
• For Attendees/Accompanying person its means attend the conference without presentation. Food and coffee break will be provided for this type of registration. (Conference materials will be not supported).

Registration time
        The registration booth is conveniently situated in the lobby of the Empress Hotel. Registration opens from 15:00 to 17:00 on December 11, 2024, and from 8:30 to 9:00 on December 12, 2024. Should you require any assistance during the conference, please do not hesitate to contact the conference secretariat at the registration desk. We look forward to welcoming you.

Conference bag and ID
        Upon registration, each participant will receive a conference bag and an ID containing a QR code. This QR code will grant access to the online program and book of abstracts. Kindly wear your ID throughout the conference to access all sessions, meals, and events. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to ask our staff at the registration desk.

Registration cancellation policy
        To cancel your registration, please send an email to the Conference Secretariat at iwadipcon2024@gmail.com. Cancellations made before October 20, 2024, will receive a refund, subject to a 20% administration charge. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received after October 31, 2024. However, substitute delegates are welcome at no additional charge. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
